Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations outside of 14 days from date of trip: No penalty, deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellations inside of 14 days from date of trip will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
• Weather Cancellations: Sometimes Mother Nature impedes our fishing ability and in the event that the Captain makes the decision to cancel the trip due to safety concerns, there will be no penalty to the customer no matter the time of cancellation.*
• *Please note, Weather Cancellation decisions can only be made by the Captain and will only be for safety concerns. Chances of rain do not qualify for Weather Cancellations.
